What this site collects today

• This is a purely static site: no registration, no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics scripts.
• The hosting provider (planned: Cloudflare Pages) may keep standard access logs (IP, UA, timestamp) for security and operations.

What this site does not do

• No personal data collection (no forms exist until official mailboxes are provisioned).
• No sale or sharing of visitor data with third parties.
• No customer business data is processed on this website — the customer control plane is a separate system.

Privacy principles for future customer service (preview, not a current commitment)

• The business database is the source of truth; collected fields, purposes, retention, and deletion/export channels will be published as a data map.
• User data is planned to be hosted in Singapore; cross-border data compliance assessment will be completed before launch.
• Deletion/anonymization requests are handled separately from statutory order/audit retention — we will not promise impossible "instant full deletion".
