• No SLA or uptime commitments;
• No Remote access service — that capability is still in design;
• No commitment to any feature not marked as validated on the status page.

Boundary principles for future services (directional)

• Software usage rights, maintenance, Remote service, assisted support, and hardware warranty will be metered and billed as independent service axes, not a single expiry date;
• Concrete pricing, durations, and quotas will be published only when officially approved for sale; any numbers in earlier discussions are candidate policies, not terms of sale;
• Product defects and promised-but-undelivered obligations will not be waived by "support quota exhausted".
